2nd STUDENT WORKSHOP (April 6th-8th, 2014) in Tsukuba (Japan)
The second Student Workshop of SUPER-IRON will take place in Tsukuba (Japan), from April 6 to April 8 2014.
It will be held in the Tsukuba Grand Hotel in Mt Tsukuka, and it is organized by Shigeyuki Ishida (AIST), for the scientific coordination aspects, and by Natsuna Takano (AIST) for the general logistics, under the supervision of Prof. Jun-ichi Shimoyama ( University of Tokyo).

Based on the Exchange of Letters, JST and EC DG RTD have agreed to establish a new scheme for coordinated funding of Japanese-EU coordinated research projects (see European Community press release IP/09/1844). After consultations between JST and EC DG RTD, “Superconductivity” has been selected as the field of research for the coordinated funding scheme.
